MEMORIAL DAY THOUGHTS

Great Memorial Day picnic. I loved the dj!!!

This is Memorial day weekend. Memorial Day was originally established by freed slaves to honor slain Union Soldiers. The first Memorial Day was established in 1865.

Today we recognize Memorial Day as a day to remember all who sacrificed their life keeping ours secure.

Memorial Day causes me to think about personal life purpose and the level of commitment that I go about living it. Take out time this weekend to thank anyone that was or has been in the military for all that they have done for this country.
